PDF Documents
When you upload a PDF for translation:
- The App processes the document to extract text.
- The extracted text is translated into Urdu using Google's Gemini 3 Flash AI model through Emergent's managed infrastructure.
- A translated Urdu PDF is generated for you.
Your uploaded document is processed only to provide the translation service.
Translation History
To improve your experience, we store:
- Translation history
- File name
- Translation date and time
- Generated Urdu PDF information
This allows you to access your previous translations while signed in to your account.
Technical Information
We may automatically collect limited technical information such as:
- Device type
- Operating system version
- App version
- Error logs
- Performance diagnostics
This information is used only to improve the reliability and security of the App.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Authenticate your account.
- Translate uploaded PDF documents into Urdu.
- Generate downloadable Urdu PDF files.

- Google Cloud Platform services, including Google Cloud Storage and Cloud Build, to support application infrastructure.
- Expo Application Services (EAS) for building and distributing the mobile application.
These providers may process information only as necessary to deliver their respective services.
Data Storage
User account information and translation history are stored securely using MongoDB Atlas through Emergent-managed infrastructure.
Authentication sessions are securely stored on your device using Expo Secure Store.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure.
Data Retention
We retain your account information and translation history for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide the App's services.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

- With trusted service providers that operate the App on our behalf.
